Rutney Pork

2 1.2 lb Pork tenderloins, cleaned
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne
1 jar (~8 oz) Major Grey chutney
1/4 cup dark rum
2 tsp high-temp oil

Mix spices, rub on loins
Heat skillet on high, add oil, then brown each side of lions, about 4 mins
9x13 roasting pan/glass casserole, until 145°, about 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat unwashed pan to medium, add rum, scrape, add chutney and drippings from pork.

Serve with things (like cornbread stuffing and brussel sprouts)
